I always return to this amazing place. The staff once guided me to where I needed to go. It has Wi-Fi, a car park, 24-hour reception, airport shuttle, laundry. No pets allowed, but AC is available. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

Great location near a National Park, with animals visible from the verandah. Lovely gardens with orchids and lotus ponds. Helpful host organized an excellent bird-watching safari. Comfortable rooms, some with a veranda. Cozy meals served on a scenic terrasse.

We had a nice-sized and affordable room with a balcony. the staff were very helpful and attentive, keeping the place clean. the location was excellent, just a short distance from Bundala Nature Reserve, Bundala National Park for a safari, and with easy access to buses heading north or along the south coast. Additionally, it was conveniently close to national parks.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The location, right next to Bundala National Park, was perfect for exploring the stunning wildlife. I booked an upstairs room and the veranda provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. The owner even arranged a bird-watching safari for us, where we saw crocs, elephants, and a wide variety of bird species. The food at the hotel was delicious, with homemade goodies and unique curries. I highly recommend this hotel for a great Bundala National Park experience.

Rooms at Lagoon Inn were really clean and great value for money. The location is perfect - as it's very close to the entrance of Bundala National Park. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and they even organized a fantastic safari for us. The best part was enjoying our meals on the terrace in front of our room while enjoying the view of the park.

We spent two delightful days at Lagoon Inn. The hotel's perfect location allowed us to easily explore Bundala National Park and catch our onward bus connections. The balcony rooms were a treat, offering stunning views and less insects. The helpful staff made organizing our jeep safari a breeze, and the food was delicious. We especially loved the birdwatching tower and the warm family atmosphere created by the owners. our stay at Lagoon Inn was fantastic.

Great safari tour with Siri, we saw so many animals and it was an amazing experience! the room was large and very clean, with comfortable seating in the balcony. the owner and staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. the natural surroundings were beautiful, with a viewing tower for spotting wildlife. the dinner and breakfast prepared by the hotel were delicious and reasonably priced. the WIFI connection was stable and fast, and walking distance to the national park entry was a convenient bonus.

There was no hot water in the shower. the hotel was far away from the city center and there were no shops in the area.

Lovely garden, excellent guide, close to Bundala National Park, on bus route to Matara, Ella, Nuwara Eliya, good size room, decent dinner and breakfast, terrace overlooking marsh and trees full of birds and wildlife, fantastic location, able to drive through Bundala National Park without a guide

The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were well-maintained. The owner and staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The beautiful natural surroundings, with a viewing tower and a cool shaded balcony, added to the charm of the hotel. The highlight of my stay was the delicious home-cooked meals offered at very reasonable prices. a gem of a find and highly recommended for a memorable stay and unforgettable safari experience.
